PREP FOR SUMMER ACTIVITIES & PARTIES
June 21 is the official first day of summer, but people are eager long before then to embrace the warmth, relaxation, adventure and party spirit of summer. June is traditionally the month for weddings, but this is a superlative time for camping trips, family reunions, baby and wedding showers, big barbecues, pool parties, and any outside recreation to celebrate summer, friends and family.
If you are wondering what to do for a family reunion or birthday party to make it entertaining and memorable, how about some games and special treats? Our greenhouse is loaded with beautiful, colorful pottery and plants to fashion your area into a lush paradise.
And if you’re off on a camping trip, don’t forget to stop in for coolers, RV supplies, camping chairs, charcoal, portable grills, lanterns, insect repellant and items you need to make your stay comfortable. Maybe pick up a puzzle or kids’ books too in case you spend a rainy day inside the camper.
